Nancy Murphy

   Another name for Nancy was Mercy.

  General Notes:

The BMD shows a Nancy Murphy born in 1873, in the Dalston district. Interestingly the marriage with Ejester also shows her as Nancy Murphy, so I guess this is either a transcription error, or she has her own preferred name when it suits her.

In 1901, her birth place is shown as Dalston, Middx. She is married and aged 28.
The birth certificate of Julia Ellen shows her as Nancy Wickham, nee Murphy.

More work to do, I had the wrong family attached to this Mercy/Nancy !!!!!!!!1

Nancy married Ejester Wickham, son of Edward Wickham and Ellen, in Jun 1894 in Islington district. (Ejester Wickham was born about 1868 in Swainsthorpe, Norkolk.)
